We work both with individual translators and with local translation companies. If you ask us to do a translation into Russian, chances are it will done by a team of translators living and working in Moscow, an Arabic translation in Jordan, a Portuguese translation in Lisbon or Rio.
In all cases, we only select skilled translators to work with us whose track record and qualifications satisfactorily demonstrate their translating and linguistic competence, and where necessary their mastery in a specialist domain and technical competence. Each translator's suitability is assessed continuously, according to the quality of the work which they produce and their demonstrated commitment to improvement and to ensuring client satisfaction.
Our goal is always to foster relationships between translators and clients over the long term, and some of our regular clients have had their translations done regularly by the same translators for years. In our view, this is the surest way to achieve quality and consistency.
